If you have placed a mixed order with items currently in stock and a preorder item, your full order will not ship until the preordered item has been received. If you'd like to receive your other items earlier, please place your preorder separately.

When browsing our website, please check the product description for the expected arrival date. This will give you an idea of when the item will be available for shipping. Once the stock arrives, please allow our team 3-4 business days to process and pack your order.
